Note:

  • Top three Players from each Loyalty Club Category will win Coolpad 4G Smartphones.
  • Bronze Club Members are advised to upgrade their Club Status to Silver by making their first Deposit to participate in this Offer.
Terms and Conditions:
  • The Offer can be availed by all KhelPlay Loyalty Club Players who play Cash Games on their Mobile, Desktop or Laptop.
  • The Offer is valid from 23rd February 2017, 12:00 AM to 28th February 2017, 11:59 PM.
  • KhelPlay Rummy Players belonging to particular Loyalty Club would be eligible to win the Coolpad Smartphone model specified under their category. Players are not allowed to request for a model change under any circumstances.
  • Players are required to meet the Target Wager amounts specified under their respective categories during the Offer period in order to be eligible to win.
  • This Offer is provided by KhelPlay Rummy. Amazon.com Inc or Coolpad Group Limited are not participants in or sponsors of this Offer. It's KhelPlay Rummy's responsibility of managing the Offer and distributing the Smartphones. By participating in the Offer, Players agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify all third parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such Player's participation in the Offer.
  • TDS will be applicable as per IT rules on Player Winnings of 10,000 or more.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for Cash.
  • All Prizes will be delivered to the verified postal address of the Winner within 15 working days of the announcement of the results. In case, delivery to the address is not possible due to certain reasons, KhelPlay Rummy management will liaise with the Player to figure out the best possible alternative delivery option and the delivery will be undertaken as per KhelPlay Rummy management's sole discretion. KhelPlay Rummy cannot be held responsible for late delivery of the Prize.
  • All KhelPlay Rummy terms & conditions will be applicable.
  • This Offer is subject to the sole discretion of management at KhelPlay Rummy, management has the right to withdraw this Offer anytime without prior notice.
