Terms and Conditions:
- Only Players with verified email address and phone number who have made at least one Deposit are eligible to play the Tournament.
- The Tournament can be played on PC or Mobile App.
- The Tournament will be held sharp at 9 PM on 29th Sept, 2017.
- Registrations to the Tournament will close 5 minutes prior to start of Tournament.
- Player will have to meet Wager target of `5000 on Cash tables from 18th to 29th Sept to play the Tournament for Free.
- It’s a 3-tier, time-based Tournament and Prizes will be decided on player’s final position.
- Re-buy is allowed only in the first two levels with `100 for 800 chips in 1st level and `150 for 1,600 chips in 2nd level.
- Re-buying amount will not be clubbed with the Prize money.
- Cash winnings that are less than `10,000 will be directly remitted to the player’s KhelPlay Rummy account at the end of the Tournament.
- Cash winnings cannot be withdrawn but the Player can use the amount to play Cash games and winnings from such games can be withdrawn.
- TDS will be applicable as per IT rules on Player Winnings of above `10,000.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- Only one account per Player is permitted on KhelPlay Rummy. In case we have reasons to believe that you have created multiple user IDs, we reserve the right to investigate all user IDs and till that time your account would be suspended. In case we detect that you have violated the Terms and created multiple user IDs, we reserve the right to close down all your accounts or just keep one account, which we select as per our discretion, active. The cash and/or bonus balance, if any, in the closed account/s will be automatically forfeited.
- This Tournament is subject to the sole discretion of Management at KhelPlay Rummy and the Management reserves the right to change the Tournament rules or terminate or withdraw the Tournament at any time, without prior notice.
