  • Profile Completion and Documents Submission

    Khelplayrummy.com believes in a fair, safe and secure transaction of the money deposited by its users. In keeping with the security norms certain mandatory requirements are needed to be submitted by the players before they can request a withdrawal. To verify those mandatory requirements players need to submit the below-listed documents to Khelplayrummy.com:

    The documents which would be required by KhelPlay Rummy are:
  • ID & Address Proof
    • Driving License (showing photo, address, and date of birth)
    • Passport (showing photo, address, and date of birth)
    • Aadhar Card (showing photo, address, and date of birth)
    • Voter ID (showing photo, address, and date of birth)

    In case you don't have any of the above-mentioned documents, you can submit the following documents:
  • ID Proof
    • Pan card
  • Address Proof
    • Electricity Bill
    • Telephone Bill
  • If your profile is not complete and verified or the documents are not submitted and/or verified, you will not be able to initiate withdrawal request. A pop-up or a prompt will appear requesting you to complete profile/submit documents or wait for KhelPlay Rummy to verify documents before you could proceed further with your request.
  • Provide only scanned colour copies of the documents you will submit.
  • If you are providing Electricity Bill, please ensure it is of the last 3 months. If you are providing Telephone Bill, please ensure it is of Government company (BSNL or MTNL) and of the last 3 months.
  • KhelPlay Rummy has a total and unwavering commitment to the safety and security of player funds. Player balances are kept in segregated accounts and not used for operational expenses. This ensures that your funds are always available for you to cash out in accordance with our banking and security procedures.
  • The minimum withdrawal request at a given point of time is Rs. 100 and the maximum is Rs. 10,000. This is mandatory in order to encourage responsible play as well as to prevent unauthorized or illegal activities.
  • In the event of game play for Cash Games, related Buy-in amount will be deducted from Player’s ‘Cash Balance’. If the game play Buy-in amount is more than the ‘Non-Withdrawable Balance’ amount in the Player’s Cash Balance, then the remaining amount will be deducted from Player’s ‘Withdrawable Balance’. In the event the Player decides to leave the game play table and is eligible for credit of game play amount, then the game play Buy-in amount will be credited back in the same proportion, to the Non-Withdrawable Balance and Withdrawable Balance, as it was deducted earlier.
  • If the Player plays the Game and wins, the Winning amount will be reflected in the Player’s Withdrawable Balance and will be available for Withdrawal by the Player.
  • Withdrawal without game play will generally not be entertained, however in some cases, 5% of the deposited amount will be charged to process the Withdrawal.
  • If the account designated to receive your withdrawal has any issues, please cancel your withdrawal request and email us at support@khelplayrummy.com. In order to protect against collusion and fraud, a 48-hour delay is imposed on cashing out from your last deposit. Therefore, please allow 48 hours from your last deposit before requesting your withdrawal.
To make a withdrawal request, log in to your KhelPlay Rummy and click on Withdrawal tab. If your profile is complete and all mandatory documents are submitted and verified, you will get two modes (Bank Transfer and UPI) for 24 x 7 Instant withdrawal.
Bank Transfer

It is a withdrawal method that allows you to receive your winnings/funds directly to your bank account.

Steps to place a Withdrawal via Bank Transfer:

Step 1: Login to your KhelPlay Rummy account, click on the 'Withdrawal' tab and enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

Step 2: Click on “Add Bank” button.

Step 3: Enter your Bank account no, Type of account, and IFSC Code. Click on submit button.

Step 4: You will receive a notification: (Re. 1 will be automatically deducted as a “Penny Drop” from your KPR withdrawable balance and CREDITED to your Bank account for validation purpose). Click “OK”.

Step 5: You will get an OTP (One-Time-Password) via an SMS, which you will enter in the OTP box provided on the screen.

After you enter the OTP, your withdrawal transaction will be submitted successfully.

Note: Once these details are submitted, they cannot be edited. Hence, fill the details carefully.

In the future, if you wish to change your bank details, it can be done with the help of our support team, who will also verify the details. You can reach them via chat or email and submit the required documents (Bank statement or a copy of Passbook) to make the changes. You can add up to a total of 3 Bank accounts in KhelPlay Rummy.

Note: Your Bank account needs to comply with the following conditions:

  • The bank account must be in your name.
UPI (Unified Payments Interface) is a withdrawal method that allows you to receive your winnings/funds by having them credited instantly to the linked bank account of your UPI Id.

To make a withdrawal request via UPI, login to your KhelPlay Rummy account, click on the 'Withdrawal' tab and then enter your withdrawable amount. Select your added UPI Id and then click on submit button.

If this is your first withdrawal by UPI, in the next step, you will have to click on “Add UPI” button, then please enter your valid UPI ID and click on submit button, then this valid UPI ID will get added to your withdrawable tab. Once this UPI ID is added, it cannot be edited. Hence, fill the details carefully.

If you wish to change your UPI details, it can be done with the help of our support team, who will also verify the details. You can reach them via chat or email and submit the required documents to make the changes.
