Play i-Phone X Tournament to be held on 13th January at 9 PM with a Buy-In of only `49 and stand the chance to win a brand new i-Phone X*, the latest offering from renowned phone-maker – Apple.
There will be only a single Winner of i-Phone X in i-Phone X Tournament.
Terms and Conditions:
- The i-Phone X Tournament can be played on PC or Mobile App.
- The i-Phone X Tournament will be held sharp at 9 PM on 13th Jan, 2018.
- Registrations to i-Phone X Tournament will close 5 minutes prior to start of Tournament.
- Only the Winner in i-Phone X Tournament will receive i-Phone X. Remaining participants will not win any Prizes.
- It's a 3-tier, time-based Tournament and Prizes will be decided on player's final position.
- Re-buy is allowed only in the first two levels with `49 for 800 chips in 1st level and `98 for 1,600 chips in 2nd level.
- Re-buying amount will not be clubbed with the Prize money.
- This Tournament is hosted by KhelPlayRummy. The companies that manufacture, market and deliver the i-Phones are not participants in or sponsors of this Tournament. By participating in the Tournament, Players agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify all third parties involved from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such Player's participation in the Tournament.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
- Prize is guaranteed.
- Players are not allowed to request for an i-Phone model change under any circumstances. The i-Phones cannot be redeemed for Cash.
- i-Phone Winner will be required to pay TDS of `29,400 before the i-Phone is dispatched to their respective address.
- The i-Phone will be delivered to the verified postal address of the Winner. KhelPlay Rummy cannot be held responsible for late delivery of i-Phone.
- Only one account per Player is permitted on KhelPlay Rummy. In case we have reasons to believe that you have created multiple user IDs, we reserve the right to investigate all user IDs and till that time your account would be suspended. In case we detect that you have violated the Terms and created multiple user IDs, we reserve the right to close down all your accounts or just keep one account, which we select as per our discretion, active. The cash and/or bonus balance, if any, in the closed account/s will be automatically forfeited.
- This Tournament is subject to the sole discretion of Management at KhelPlay Rummy and the Management reserves the right to change the Tournament rules or terminate or withdraw the Tournament at any time, without prior notice.
- Terms & Conditions & Tournament Rules of KhelPlay Rummy and its Privacy Policy are applicable for all those who participate.
- KhelPlay Rummy management will have the right to publish the list, photos, videos, testimonials of Winner of this Tournament on its websites including Khelplayrummy.com and social/any other media at any time it deems fit.
- Winner must send a photo testimonial, and management will have the right to display the same on Khelplayrummy.com and social/any other media.
